Our History

MSM Connect was established in 2005 in Burbank, IL, with a single location. We are uniquely positioned with the strength of three devoted principals and employ over 100 employees in IL/WI. MSM is driven to provide our customers with a best in class store experience nationwide.  From the beginning we have been committed to strengthening the Sprint brand through expansion and exceptional customer service at our 24 locations. It is our priority to provide our customers with the best and most reliable service available. We are continuously striving for customer satisfaction and a first-class shopping experience.
