Orbit-Tech Mission

We strive to serve our community by offering the best products and services available in the wireless industry today.

Our History

As a Sprint Authorized Retailer, having extremely satisfied customers is important to us and drives us to be better every day.

Founded by Lance Holland in 1996, Orbit-Tech was the first dealer to open a Nextel retail location in Michigan. Since then, with a focus on innovation and customer service, we maintain excellence within our four Sprint stores in Lenawee, Hillsdale and Calhoun counties.

As a Sprint Authorized Retailer, we challenge ourselves every day to do better than the day before. We’re always seeking new ways to meet the changing wireless communication needs of our customers. We also firmly believe in treating our employees and customers the way we want to be treated. Stop by one of our Sprint stores near you and experience the difference that a dedicated, knowledgeable staff can make.

Orbit-Tech’s Core Values are based on our beliefs in a commitment to innovation and excellence, the importance of family, maintaining a healthy work/life balance, building strong communities and helping those less fortunate.
Price & Value

Price & Value

We’re committed to offering the best value in wireless products and rate plans while maintaining a coverage area within 1% of our toughest competitor.
Accessibility & Convenience

Accessibility & Convenience

Since our stores are in small communities, we have shorter wait times and can spend more quality time with our customers.
Reducing Risk

Reducing Risk

Because we offer demo phones, our customers can try the network before they buy. This saves time and provides confidence when making the final purchase.
Innovation

Innovation

To improve customer service, we use tablets so that our reps are mobile for customer convenience. That way, we can be on the floor interacting with our valued customers rather than hanging out at the counter.

Community Support

Orbit-Tech is involved with two main community events annually. The Feast raises money to feed local hungry children and The Bra Auction is a fundraiser for Breast Cancer.
