Retail Sales Representative
We are looking for Sales Associates who are passionate about the retail industry, have a proven track record for driving sales, provide exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive sales environment.
Responsibilities
    • Drive the sales of products and services by achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Build customer loyalty by providing prompt and exceptional sales and post-sale service.
    • Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgment.
    • Stay knowledgeable about our products, services, promotions and policies.
    • Participate in ongoing training and coaching initiatives.
Requirements
    • Core Competencies: customer focus, teamwork, communication, accountability and innovation.
    • Previous sales experience with emphasis on customer service.
    • Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Entrepreneurial attitude and an ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Outbound Business Sales Representative
Wireless Connections is looking for exceptional sales professionals to join our Business Markets Group Sales organization with responsibility for strategically identifying, prospecting and growing business accounts. Through solutions-based selling and account management, you will analyze customer needs, identify and customize wireless/wireline/voice/data products and services to win accounts.
Responsibilities
    • Be able to strategically identify, prospect and grow small to mid-market business accounts.
    • Build a revenue-generating sales pipeline, which will mainly consist of prospective accounts.
    • Work in a team environment and partner with our local retail stores to maintain and grow accounts.
    • You must have the ability to effectively build and manage a sales funnel.
    • Work with prospective customers as a professional consultant to analyze wireless business needs and make recommendations on solutions that will benefit the customer.
